There is a minimum charge of one hour, plus any vehicle charges incurred (parking/congestion charge etc.), for all jobs.
Our vans are stocked with the majority of items that could be needed to complete your job, but should we need to visit a local wholesaler during our visit to collect a non-standard item, this will be included within your billed time.
We include a mark-up on all materials, this is to allow for our time sourcing and collecting the item(s) needed to complete your job.
To ensure we are able to keep to our schedule and arrive at your property on time, we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (before the agreed start time) or missed entirely, are subject to our one hour minimum charge, plus any vehicle charges incurred.
